The XENLOOK system is undergoing software copyright registration under applicable Korean copyright and computer-program protection rules.

Registration authority: Korea Copyright Commission (KOMCA) | Status: in progress
Software copyright registration protects the source code, object code, system architecture, API design, and database schema of this software.
The following works are proprietary XENLOOK works protected by copyright law:
Software works: all source code, build systems, deployment pipelines, and configuration files
AI model assets: prompt-engineering systems, agent persona settings, and conversation-flow design
Character works: designs, names, personalities, backgrounds, avatar images, and voices of the five AI agents
UI/UX design: service interface design, logos, icons, and visual elements
Documentation works: technical documents, manuals, legal documents, and marketing content
Database: database structure and schema design
PART 2
Korean patent applications for XENLOOK core technologies are in progress.
Technologies Covered by Patent Applications:
• multi-AI-agent empathy recognition and empathy synchronization systems
• AI agent evolution and learning mechanisms
• collaborative orchestration methods between AI agents

If patents are registered, implementation rights for the relevant technologies belong exclusively to XENLOOK under applicable patent law.
XENLOOK pursues the following international intellectual-property protection measures for global service operation:
• PCT international filing: planned international patent filing under the Patent Cooperation Treaty
• United States patents: USPTO filing under review
• Japan patents: JPO filing under review
• China patents: CNIPA filing under review

PART 3
The following names and marks are protected as XENLOOK trademarks:
Commercial use of these marks or confusingly similar names is prohibited under trademark law.
PART 4
The following acts are strictly prohibited without XENLOOK prior written consent:
1. Unauthorized copying, reverse engineering, or decompiling of source code or object code
2. Unauthorized copying or imitation of AI agent characters, including names, appearance, personality, or voice
3. Unauthorized copying or use of system architecture, API design, or database schema
4. Unauthorized use of prompt-engineering systems or agent behavior rules
5. Crawling, scraping, or automated data collection from the service
6. Impersonation or confusing use of XENLOOK trademarks
7. Unauthorized practice of patent-pending technologies, including manufacture, sale, or import
8. Trade-secret infringement or unfair competition prohibited by applicable law
If intellectual-property infringement is confirmed, XENLOOK may take the following legal measures:
• Civil litigation: claims for damages under applicable copyright and patent law
• Criminal complaint: copyright infringement complaints under applicable law
• Patent infringement: criminal penalties under applicable patent law
• Injunction: court injunctions to immediately stop infringing conduct
• International litigation: legal action under the laws of the relevant country for overseas infringement

For copyright infringement in the United States, XENLOOK follows the procedures under the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act.
